Panap successfully executed a 2.9 MWp rooftop solar power project for Sri Kannapiran Mill
Ltd., a leading player in the spinning wheel industry, located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
The scope of work covered end-to-end civil and electrical execution, ensuring seamless
integration of the solar plant with the client’s existing industrial infrastructure. As part of the
project, the existing asbestos roofing—unsuitable for solar installation—was safely replaced
with high-quality GI sheets, creating a structurally sound and solar-ready rooftop.
Designed specifically for large industrial rooftops, the project optimizes available space while
delivering reliable and sustainable energy. The system is expected to generate approximately
433,550 units of clean electricity annually, significantly reducing grid dependency and carbon
footprint while delivering long-term cost savings for the client.
This project highlights Panap’s expertise in delivering robust, high-capacity rooftop solar
solutions, including complex roof retrofitting, that support industrial sustainability and longterm
operational efficiency.

Panap is executing a 1.15 MWp rooftop and carport solar power project for Manav Rachna
University, a leading educational institution located in Faridabad, Haryana.
The scope of work includes end-to-end civil and electrical execution, ensuring smooth
integration of the solar systems across academic buildings and parking infrastructure without
disrupting campus operations. Designed to efficiently utilize both rooftop and carport
spaces, the project maximizes energy generation while enhancing functional campus
infrastructure. By converting existing car parking areas into carport solar structures, Panap
ensured that parking functionality and available space were fully retained, with no
compromise on campus usability.
Once commissioned, the system will enable the university to significantly reduce its
dependence on conventional grid power, lower operational energy costs, and strengthen its
sustainability initiatives by adopting clean, renewable energy solutions.
This project demonstrates Panap’s capability to deliver scalable, institution-focused solar
solutions that combine technical excellence, safety, and long-term performance.
